A Norwegian settlement,
Pigeon Falls, founded in 1866, is nestled among the rolling hills
and valleys along the Pigeon Creek.
Also founded in 1866, is the Pigeon
Creek Evangelical Lutheran Church
located on the east edge of the village on Highway 121. The
beautiful small country-type church, with a faithfully restored 12
kerosene lamp chandelier, is still very active and sits proudly upon
the hill on which it was built.
Service organizations keep
the community pristine in appearance and a new care facility serves
the surrounding area.

softball facilities. |
