This park features a softball field, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, horseshoe pits, playground, park shelters and picnic areas on the banks of the Trempealeau River. The zero depth Aquatic Center adjacent to the park is a favorite of children. In addition, a number of campsites with electrical and water hookups are available.

This 18-acre park is located along the Buffalo River and adjoining the Viking Golf Course at the northeast edge of Strum on Highway 10.  There are 21 campsites, showers, and a playground.

Mulberry Meadows River & Lakes RV Resort has many recreational opportunities right in the immediate area.  Water is all around, we are within view (a couple hundred yards) of Lock and Dam #6 and a modern boat launch with parking.  The resort and cabins are located on a string of 7 spring fed lakes that are great for fishing and canoeing. Long Lake Canoe Trail starts less than 1 1/2 miles away.  Mulberry Meadows has kayaks available for rent if you wish to take advantage of the nearby water trails.

Perrot State Park's 1,243 acres are nestled among 500-foot bluffs where the Trempealeau and Mississippi Rivers meet. Enjoy Brady's Bluff Natural Area and breathtaking river views in this park known for its natural, archaeological, and historical resources. Hike the 13 miles of trails that offer a variety of experiences and levels of difficulty. There is direct access for bicyclists from the campground to the 24-mile Great River State Trail as well as excellent road biking in the area. There is a marked canoe trail in Trempealeau Bay and canoes can be rented at the park.

100 acre park is located on the Trempealeau River, on Highway 93, between Independence and Arcadia.  This rural park has many amenities, 20 plus campsites, showers, picnic area, two shelters, nature trails, playground equipment, and a canoe landing.   Pietrek Park is adjacent to the 4-H horse arena, and horseback riding trails.
