| The mission of the
Trempealeau County Tourism Council, Inc is to promote tourism,
through coordinated efforts, to enhance Trempealeau County
community. The purpose of this organization is to encourage
and facilitate the exchange of ideas and expertise among all
individuals, groups and agencies engaged in or concerned with
tourism, development and marketing in Trempealeau County. In
order to accomplish these purposes, the corporation has the
following objectives:
→To provide a forum for the
exchange of ideas and the development of common interests and
purposes among people interested in tourism.
→To promote citizen
participation as essential to effective county tourism development
and marketing.
→To support tourism
activities and programs at the local and county level.
→To encourage and facilitate
communication among agencies, individuals, and organizations (public
and private) that are engaged in tourism marketing and development.
→To provide for publication
and dissemination of tourism information to members and the public.
→To provide professional
tourism improvement programs and opportunities for its members and
the public.
→To promote and support
applied research in tourism-related issues in the county. |
